Hailie Deegan has been without a ride so far for the 2023 season. However, a new move might materialize soon.
Deegan was expected to make a move to the Xfinity Series with Stewart-Haas Racing. However, the team opted for Cole Custer after the driver was himself replaced by Ryan Preece in the Cup Series.
While the move up to the Xfinity Series didn’t materialize for Deegan, it seems she will stick around in the Truck Series for now.

FOX Sports reporter Bob Pockrass recently reported that Deegan may replace the currently vacated seat by Christian Eckes at ThorSport Racing.
Christian Eckes to drive McAnally Hilgeman Racing No. 19 truck in 2023. Eckes departure from ThorSport opens up a seat potentially for Hailie Deegan (ThorSport would have to switch to Ford). ThorSport indicated to me last night nothing to announce as they work on 2023 plans.

If ThorSport makes switch to Ford, expect ThorSport full-time lineup to remain the same except for Deegan to replace Eckes. https://t.co/JGPlw00Xa8

After two seasons at Toyota Racing Development, ThorSport Racing is expected to return to the Ford Performance family.
With that in mind, Deegan seems the favorite to be the fourth entry for the team, alongside Ben Rhodes, Matt Crafton, and Ty Majeski.
It is necessary for ThorSport Racing to return to Ford as Deegan is a Ford driver and she needs a Ford team to be able to compete in any of the NASCAR series.
While the idea of Deegan moving into the Xfinity Series was appealing, but she will have to continue honing her skills at the Truck Serie for now.
