Kurt Busch had a unfortunate cup series qualifying session yesterday, wrecking his car and now having concussion-like symptoms so he will miss the race on Sunday.
Busch crashed off Turn 3 in qualifying. The rear of his car banged the SAFER barrier and the front then whipped and made a heavy impact with the barrier.
Ty Gibbs was named the replacement for Kurt Busch to drive the 23XI Racing No. 45 Cup car at Pocono.
