The aforementioned event at Lakeside Speedway will have a prize of $50,000 and is considered to be one of the important races of the series.
This midweek Sprint Car series, created by the 2021 Cup Series champion, will run 12 races, 11 of which are points based with a good amount of prize money involved.
The series already had one race on August 16, 2022, which served more as a preview of things to come in 2023, when the series begins officially.
This deal from TrackHouse Racing is part of its plan to take “the Trackhouse brand into creative and compelling original content, non-traditional merchandise and apparel extensions, event promotion, and international expansion.”
The team enjoyed major success in the Cup Series in the 2022 season as their driver Ross Chastain won two races and even made it into the Championship 4 race, finishing 2nd in the standings.
