Kyle Busch is ready to move on from his luxurious home, the Waterfront North Carolina estate, for $13m.
The two-time Cup Series champion recently made some changes, moving on from a long-time team, Joe Gibbs Racing to a new challenge with Richard Childress Racing this year.
He is now also looking to make some personal changes as he is trying to sell the seven-bedroom, 15,003-square-foot mansion for $12,995,000.
“While the home’s interior spaces are undeniably lovely, the true highlight is the property’s serene views of Lake Norman. Set behind private gates in an upscale community, this residence is ready for a deep-pocketed buyer to race on in”, wrote the Realtor, regarding Busch’s property.

Busch bought the place back in 2012 when he paid $7.5 million for it. Back then, it was a record sum for a property in Charlotte.
Since then, the kitchen was renovated for $1 million to include wo waterfall, and marble islands.
The Realtor also listed some other features of this grand estate.
“An elevator offers effortless access to the primary bedroom suite, where dual water closets, lakefront views from the bed, and a superglam bathroom await.
“Outside, the grand amenities continue with a heated pool, swim-up bar, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, patio, fire pit, and boat lift. There’s even a strip of sandy beach at the lake’s edge.”
The estate was also featured on the reality show, “Racing Wives” in 2019.
