A Shoc Energy a beverage company have parted ways with Chase Elliott after the end of the sponsorship deal between the driver and his team Hendrick Motorsport.
The company, which signed a two-year contract with Nascar’s most popular driver and HMS back in January of 2021 confirmed the news earlier this week.
AShoc served as a primary sponsor of the No. 9 Chevrolet car in multiple NASCAR Cup Series events two in 2021, and two last season. A pole and P7 finish in Atlanta in 2021 is the best performance of Elliott in an A Shoc Energy car.
Hendrick Motorsports has yet to make public a replacement for ASHOC, which leaves a possible two-race vacancy in the sponsorship schedule of the sport’s most popular driver.
Elliott earned himself five Cup Series victories last season for the No:9 team, with his last triumph coming in the postseason race at Talladega.
